Briefly, the property is located in central Tuscany, just outside ALTOPASCIO, in a country setting, but 5 minutes from the main town and only 4 kilometres from the main A11 Autostrada junction, which connects to all parts of the autostrada network, making the whole of Italy easily accessible.   As it is, it is in a prime location with the historic centre of the beautiful city of Florence only 15 – 20 minutes drive away.  Importantly, for the busy person who needs to reach the principle centres of Italy quickly and easily, it is also central to either Rome or Milan, both of which are about 3 hours drive away. 

The main property consists of a large and imposing villa built around the late 6th – early 7th Century for one of the noble families of the area. As well as the villa comes a church, a clock tower, various other building (including a olive drying/pressing and a Limonari, used for processing lemons) - making the whole complex very large and adaptable.
